This one has been a long time coming! Cristina and Marc's wedding was nothing short of epic. It set a new record in terms of images taken (right around 5k), and sorting through them all was much more labor intensive than I ever imagined! Picking just a few for the blog was a VERY difficult job!
The wedding was just gorgeous in every way. Cristina has great style, which carried over into every detail of her day. We had such a great time photographing the event with so much beauty surrounding us. They truly made our job easy in that respect! Ok, on to the gorgeousness!
Marc got ready with the guys at the Four Seasons in Georgetown. Bill Clinton was at the hotel, mingling in the bar! Sadly, his Secret Service detail would allow no photos!
While Marc was at the hotel, Cristina was getting ready at her parents' house.
Leah McKay did all the fabulous makeup.
I couldn't get enough of these shoes!
Hello, beautiful!
Cristina's adorable nephews--they're twins!
The ceremony was held at the Dahlgren Chapel in Georgetown. presided over by Father Brian Conley, S.J.
Here's Marc seeing Cristina for the first time that day coming down the aisle.
I love all the little looks exchanged between Cristina and Marc in the ceremony pictures. Looking at them totally takes me back to the day of the wedding.
Married! The new Mr. & Mrs!
These next 3 are some of my faves from the whole day.
The reception was held at Washington Golf & Country Club in Arlington.
The first dance.
Father daughter dance.
Cristina's sister, Pilar, gave a very touching and funny toast accompanied by a slide show.
Congratulations Cristina and Marc! We had a great time and wish you many happy years together!
